Track Order

After your order ships, we send the tracking number to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take 2–3 days to begin showing movement after the carrier receives the parcel.

If you have not received your tracking email within the stated processing time, or if the tracking link is not updating, contact us at contact@lyrastars.com and include your order number and checkout email.

We currently ship within the United States. Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, followed by an estimated shipping time of 9–16 business days. Total delivery time is approximately 10–19 business days after the order is placed, subject to carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.
